Begin where you are

If you're considering working together, I'd love to learn a little about what brings you here. Share what you're hoping to explore, and I'll personally respond within 2–3 working days.

As part of my professional conduct, I'll also consider whether what you're seeking falls within the areas of practice I'm trained and qualified to offer, and whether I'm the right professional to support you. If we're a good fit, I'll guide you towards the pathway that best aligns with your intentions.

If I believe another professional or service would be better placed to support your needs, I'll let you know and, where appropriate, recommend a more suitable direction.

This work is educational, relational, and experiential. It is not a quick fix, nor is it something that can be done to you. Meaningful change develops through curiosity, practice, and active participation.

Beginning this work is a mutual decision. My intention is to ensure that, if we work together, we do so with clarity, informed choice, and a shared understanding of what this process can offer.
