Motherhood - one of my greatest teachers in intimacy, relationship, embodiment, and change.
Rooted in the belief that the way we relate - with ourselves, others and everything else - shapes the way we experience life.
The relationship we have with ourselves influences how we relate to others, to our bodies, to our sexuality, to our work, to money, to nature, to learning, and to what we hold, or not, meaningful or sacred.

Relationship is everywhere.
This fascination with relationship is what brought me to the fields of sexuality, intimacy, embodiment, and relational practice. I work with individuals and couples who are exploring questions of sex, desire, boundaries, communication, connection, and intimacy.
My approach integrates Sexological Bodywork, Somatic Sexology, the Wheel of Consent, Right Use of Power, neuroscience, and relational practices. I am particularly interested in how awareness, embodiment, consent, and power dynamics shape our relationships and our capacity for connection.
Alongside my client and supervision work, I develop relational tools and educational resources that help bring these conversations and practices into everyday life.
