My work is grounded in Somatic Sexology, embodiment, and intimacy education. I offer individuals and couples a structured space to explore how they experience sexuality, desire, pleasure, boundaries, communication, and connection.
Through conversation, guided somatic awareness, educational frameworks, and experiential practices, I support people in developing a clearer awareness of their nervous system, and understanding of their wants, limits, and relational patterns. The work invites greater choice in how they relate to themselves, their bodies, and one another.

Relationship is everywhere.
I am interested in how we come to know ourselves through our bodies, our sexuality, and our relationships with others. This enquiry led me to the fields of Somatic Sexology, embodiment, and intimacy education. I now work with individuals and couples exploring sex, desire, pleasure, boundaries, communication, and connection.
My approach integrates Sexological Bodywork, Somatic Sexology, the Wheel of Consent, Right Use of Power, neuroscience, and relational practices. I am particularly interested in how awareness, embodiment, consent, and power dynamics shape our relationships and our capacity for connection.
Alongside my client and supervision work, I develop relational tools and educational resources that help bring these conversations and practices into everyday life.
